Terms of Service

1. General

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between HephiosLab (hereinafter "the Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "the Buyer") for the purchase of products through the website hephioslab.com.

By placing an order on our site, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

2. Products

Products offered by HephiosLab are fidget sliders made via 3D printing with high-quality materials (PLA+, PETG, ASA) and N52 grade neodymium magnets. Each product is handcrafted.

As these are artisanal products made via 3D printing, they may exhibit slight aesthetic variations from the images published on the site. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Inc., PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
• The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, provided that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to specific conditions:

• The price is agreed upon in advance based on the requested specifications
• Production times may vary depending on order complexity
• Custom orders are made to measure and therefore are not subject to the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
• Once confirmed and paid, a custom order cannot be cancelled

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a message to support@hephioslab.com indicating your order number and return request.

7. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which covers defects present at the time of delivery.

• For defects appearing within one year of delivery, they are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery
• The Buyer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, and alternatively to a price reduction or contract termination
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, unauthorised modifications, or accidental impacts

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, carrier disruptions, or events beyond its control
• The Seller's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the product in question
• The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Products are intended exclusively for personal use as fidget toys. The Seller disclaims all liability for improper use

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, product designs, 3D models, source code) is the exclusive property of HephiosLab or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any site content without prior written consent from HephiosLab is prohibited. Fidget slider designs are original creations protected by copyright.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws. For any dispute arising from this contract, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer Buyer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable European regulations.

11. Privacy
