We use premium-grade PLA+, PETG, and ASA filaments depending on the model. All rails are printed at 100% infill for maximum durability and the smoothest possible sliding action. Each material is selected for its specific properties: PLA+ for precision and finish, PETG for flexibility and impact resistance, ASA for UV and heat resistance.

Every slider uses N52-grade neodymium magnets (6x3mm), the strongest commercially available permanent magnets. They are precisely positioned during assembly to create smooth, satisfying magnetic detents. The polarity and spacing are calibrated to provide consistent resistance throughout the full travel range.

Each piece is 3D-printed to order, not mass-produced. Standard production takes 2-5 business days. This includes printing, assembly, magnet installation, and quality inspection. Custom orders may take additional time depending on complexity.

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Custom orders are excluded from returns as they are made to your specifications (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Contact us to initiate a return.

Our sliders are engineered for near-silent operation. The magnetic dampening system absorbs impact at the end of each slide, eliminating the clacking sound found in cheaper fidget toys. The precision-printed rails and tight tolerances ensure a smooth, quiet glide.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe down the exterior. For debris in the rails, use compressed air (short bursts from a distance). Avoid water or liquids near the magnets, as moisture can cause corrosion over time. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners on printed surfaces.

All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity under EU consumer protection laws. This covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
