All products are handcrafted via 3D printing. The times listed below start from payment confirmation and are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website or in your account under Order History.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@hephioslab.com.
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The product must meet the following conditions:
Non-returnable products
Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made to the buyer's specifications, per the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Send an email to support@hephioslab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Prepare the package
Pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure it is adequately protected to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the return
Ship the package to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refund
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
